Subscription Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made for a subscription period, you will continue to have access to our service for the remainder of that subscription period unless paused. If you decide to pause your subscription, all services will be halted and you will not be billed until you resume service again. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
Cancellation Policy
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period if you decide to cancel.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues caused by SalesSubs that prevent access to the service for an extended period, we will pause all service and billing.
